Ingredients:

2 cups boiled potato

1 cup finely chopped onions

3 green chilli finely chopped

2 tbsp of gram flour

1 tbsp of cornflour

1 tbsp of rice flour

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp finely chopped ginger

1/2 tbsp chill powder (optional)

1/2 tbsp of jeera

Salt as per taste

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the spices together
  2. Add onions to the spice mix. Squeeze the onions and spice mixture till it leaves juices
  3. Add the boiled potato and mix well
  4. Add all the dry ingredients and make a smooth dough using very little water
  5. Heat oil , drop in small balls of the above mixture
  6. Fry till its golden brown

Done!! Serve hot with Mint chutney 🙂
